/usr/share/gloobus/plugins/iPdf.so

/usr/share/gloobus/plugins/iText.so
/usr/share/gloobus/plugins/iVideo.so
Error loading Plugin: libavformat.so.1d: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Sorry I found it.
I compiled the source but i get:
$ gloobus
terminate called after throwing an instance of ‘ConfigFile::file_not_found’
Hey Giorgio,
You’re trying to compile the 0.025 version that includes coverflow, you can compile almosts everything except the iMpg plugin that is still not working,
In the change to intrepid, some things didn’t work anymore.. but now I’m focused on gloobus-preview and then I’ll get back to it.
Anyway, what is missing is the config file.. you just need to use the config file provided in the tar.gz and copy it to /usr/share/gloobus
Hope it helps!
Hi people. I’ve problem with run this application on ubuntu 9.04, instalation is complete, but when I type in terminal: gloobus-preview , terminal write: LOADING PLUGINS:
/usr/share/gloobus/plugins-preview/iDefault.so
/usr/share/gloobus/plugins-preview/iFolder.so
/usr/share/gloobus/plugins-preview/iMp3.so
/usr/share/gloobus/plugins-preview/iPdf.so
Error loading Plugin: libpoppler-glib.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Please, when I resolved it? Thank you for help. And sorry, my english it’s so bad. Petr
Yeah, I happended to me as well, iPdf is not working in 9.04 for now, but to solve this problem just remove the all libpoppler-glib with synaptic and then nstall the libpoppler-glib4. Tell me if it works for you!
I found only 3 installed libpoppler package in synaptic ( libpoppler-glib4;libpoppler4 and poppler-utils) no more and it doesn’t work.
Try to remove them all, and install all libpoppbler 3… for a temporal solution, you can move the ipdf.so to another place (its located under /usr/share/gloobus/plugins-preview/)
Tried installing gloobus-preview_0.03.2_i386.deb but get
Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libpoppler-glib4
I’m on ubuntu 8.04. I can’t seem to find libpoppler-glib4 in synaptics.
I tried installing using instructions at https://answers.launchpad.net/gloobus/+question/71671 but i’m unable to install libtag1-dev.
Can anybody help?
I know.. I’ve to create the package for 8.04..
The getdeb.net version works great with 9.04 32bit.
Make sure you set your keybindings in gconftool or compizconfig settings depending on which window manager you are using.
